Why did I not cut and paste Linger into word??!?!? Now I will never be able to read that gorgeous section again when Merlin comes out of the shower and he and Arthur have that moment. Bugger bugger bugger.
I have one email update still in my inbox :(
I really miss fics when they are gone. I am someone who re-reads things over and over. Even when authors have removed fics before, the kmm fics are usually still there.
ETA. Apparently 'Friction' has also been removed D: Excuse me while I go save Slow Show, Skinny, Princess Arthur fics and that incomplete fill where Arthur is best friends with Merlin's older brother.

Oh by the way I stopped tracking individual prompts a long time ago. I just track the whole meme. I have become very adapt at trawling through comments that flood my inbox when a new meme goes up.

I joined fandom after Miakun was already gone so I haven't read any of them, but I keep finding recs for her steampunk universe and I am filled with curiosity. Do you know if her kmm or steampunk fics are still around?

ARGH. Ok, I know it is their right and all (as you say), but I am actually kind of hacked off about that. DAMN IT. This was a completed fic as well! I don't see the point in taking fic down completely like that, especially without offering some sort of copy for those who want to keep hold of it (as many other authors have done).
I'm really sad about that now :( :(
