Hey everyone! I'm back from London. I don't know what on earth happened while I was away but my whole flist seems to be upset posts about the meanmeme :((( I hope everyone is alright, and nothing too awful has gone on.

Have some things that have made me laugh recently.

My dachshund did much the same thing when she was a pup :)

If you cycle, or even if you don't, check out http://www.warringtoncyclecampaign.co.uk/ and click on 'Facility of the Month' on the left hand menu. I haven't cycled since I was little and I find this monthly feature (scroll back through them) and the snarky comments hilarious. Cyclists really do have it tough!

And lastly, THIIIIIIS. The bit where they can't speak for laughing gets me every time. They seem to have so much fun together :D As Bradley so eloquently says, Wow Colin. Wow.

If anyone has fun things to share, please do! I'm feeling a little deflated now.

The whatnow meme? o_O I apparently missed something vital.

There's a 'mean' Merlin anon meme and it can get very negative I think. I haven't read anything about it for ages, then I came back today and there were about ten separate posts about it on my flist and how it upsets people and makes them leave fandom
:( I don't actually know what's happened on this occasion, but it was just a little depressing to get into after my nice 2 days away.

Ffff oh my :( It just totally reminded me of this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpWpdcR63ms

Ahahahahaha thank you for that!! That was so funny, especially the 'giving you a piece of their mind' bit - "are you sure you have the resources?" Genius! I think there is something about the anonymity of the internet that means people will say anything, which is freeing I guess, but sometimes is also plain WEIRD.

I'm glad it cheered you up a little ;) Yeah, weird and often completely unnecessary if it's hurting someone else.

Agreed! I know life isn't all puppies and rainbows, but enough crappy stuff happens in real life without adding internet wank to it too.

There is nothing funnier than puppies and mirrors XD

Isn't it ADORABLE?!!! The bit that gets me is how long the pup sits there just sizing up this strange little intruder opposite. You can almost feel the confusion :D

awwww, the puppy and the mirror! My cats go a little mental whenever they see themselves in a mirror, it's nice to see other animals are at least a LITTLE more measured. Also, puppies! \0/ (I am very shallow. :D)

In other news, today one of my friends, who is doing props for one of the many, many university theatre productions and was having a mini-melt down about it to me in a cafe, turned to me and just went, apropos of almost nothing: "and where the f*cking F*CK is my fainting couch?!"

I... don't know, it made me laugh. :D? That might not have been the funnest thing to share, though, I grant you. ^_^

Ahahahaha - THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE FAINTING COUCHES. This is what is missing in our modern world, I need to be about to swoon when I want to, and also strike Attitudes. That would also be amazing.

My dog doesn't even notice herself in the mirror anymore, it only happened that once but it was VERY funny ;)

Aww, that's such a cute vid. ♥ lol.

There's this one with another puppy vs. a mirror. The dog runs into the mirror toward the end...

I love how well Colin and Bradley get on with each other. :D

That is ADORABLE. The pup is such a little ball of fluff!!!

Also, yes, that is why I love that quest in particular. They just seem to be having so much fun being silly there, and when Colin starts laughing and is looking at Bradley for a reaction and then Bradley is almost speechless with laughing, I just love them both even more <3

I love it when Colin says mournfully "Oh, I've gone wrong already."

He is so adorable :D And to be fair, I didn't have the faintest idea what the hell he was painting...

I thought Bradley's guess of the afanc (sp?) was very good, especially after Colin painted over the ears.

I hope you had a good time in London!

Cyclists do have it rough in the UK. Frankly I don't know how so many can brave the big city traffic, it would terrify me! And I just thought of Top Gear when they had the race in London and Richard won on his bike (with much swearing and peril) against all the cushy means of transportation the others took, which was a brilliant victory. And a great episode!

I think everyone's probably seen this, but sometimes when I'm down I like to watch this. How can you be sad in the face of such joy?! :D

I did! I will do a post about it soon I promise. Needless to say, I really enjoyed the play and Colin was amazing. It was so strange to see him only a few feet in front of me!

I have great admiration for cyclists but I'm with you, FAR too scary for me. People drive so aggressively, especially places like London, and I would be terrified. I remember that Top Gear and I was almost watching from behind a cushion, there were just too many tense moments.

Lastly, oh my god that dog! SO HAPPY. That is just sheer joy. I've never tried my dog on a trampoline but now I'm wishing I had one :D :D

Ahaha the puppy! He's like "Stop mocking me, you dastardly hound!!!"

Awww sometimes I don't realize how much I miss Bradley and Colin together. And then I see things like this and bam! *rewatches vid*

That poor puppy is just SO CONFUSED. Why is there another puppy? Why is it mocking him? How does it know to bounce in the same direction? These are all questions just too big for a puppy's small food-and-sleep-obsessed brain :(

I miss them both so much! I can never watch enough of them being dorks together. The whole cast are great but somehow Bradley and Colin are like comedy gold :D :D

Yay, I'm glad you got back all right! :D The Bakerloo line was still having delays when I left.

Aww, cute puppy is cute! He's trying to find the ~secret passageway~ to the other side. ;D

And Bradley and Colin are cute, too, of course!

We got held up a couple of times in the tunnels but I made it to Paddington with 20 minutes to spare so I had a cup of coffee and was nice and relaxed about the whole thing :) As soon as I got home mum wanted to know what the play was about, and I said my well practiced "it was about a family in Columbia." My mum isn't keen on swearing either so I can just imagine her reaction if she saw my copy of the play!

The puppy is ridiculously cute :D :D If he would just get through! There MUST be a way! And of course Bradley and Colin (every time I see Colin now I just think of how tall he really is). I love watching them being dorks together.

I hope you got all your stuff done for your class today :)

Oh, that puppy! I bet he was wondering why he could see the other dog, but not smell him.

Hee, that quest is so funny! I love that Colin chose an animal to draw instead of a person.

I had a very nice laugh with my friends last night. We were playing a board game after dinner, and one of my friends had to hum a song for her teammate to guess. I was part of the opposing team, so my team got to see which song she was supposed to hum, and we were nearly crying with laughter by the end of it. Needless to say, her teammate didn't guess it correctly. ;D

:D :D I love games like that!! They're almost always hysterical. Especially if the person singing/humming/miming is DETERMINED that what they're doing is so obvious! How could you not get it? HOW?!!?

That quest is my favourite. Bradley's painting is actually pretty good, but Colin's is just hilarious. That's like my level of painting expertise, right down to the little legs. I could watch those quests all day, I hope they do them again this time (or the video diaries, that would be fine too!)

The puppy was adorable!

Oh, I do miss the quests and they didn't put them on the DVDs so at some point they may go missing from the universe. I love how silly those two are with one another.

I knoooow :D It made me miss when my sausage dog was that small and ridiculous. Well she's still ridiculous, but definitely bigger now.

Oh no!!! I hope the quests aren't lost :( I've been downloading the best ones so I'm keeping those safe at least. I can never get enough of them being dorks together.
