I might have just had an idea for my glomp fest fic. MAYBE. I've had to email about an aspect of it that may not be allowed, not sure yet. But I'm tempted to write this fic anyway (for the same person), even if it's not for the fest, because I am all enthused now and I think they would enjoy it :D

ETA: YAAAAAY. It is allowed! Now I must wait for vensre to wake up so we can brainstorm :D I need their wise advice. I am excited about my idea though!

In other news I am still replying to comments on those three Christmas fics, I have booked train tickets and accommodation for Colin's play on the 22nd February AND I have been cataloguing my Mini Merlin and Arthur's crazy adventures in Giant Book Reading (see here in case you missed the madness). Any suggestions for further adventures are always welcome.

I will leave you with a very amusing conversation I had with my cousin's five year old the other day, when we were playing with my rather motley collection of left over barbie dolls, a Ken doll from the 1980s, some My Little Ponies and a Cyberman.

Ellie: And then Ken and Cyberman got married.
Me: Ok ::retrieves Cyberman from Heaven which was a bucket and walks him down the aisle::
Ellie: Oh no, actually they don't.
Me: Why can't they get married? ::steels self to explain gay marriage::
Ellie: Because Cyberman is evil and he kidnapped Sleeping Beauty [Barbie] and tried to kill the Christmas Wish Pony.
Me: Right, good point ::chucks Cyberman back in the bucket::

I really couldn't argue with that. Cyberman DID sound pretty evil, and frankly Ken deserved better.

They really do! I mean, I would have given Cyberman a pass for kidnapping Sleeping Beauty (she was kind of annoying), but THE CHRISTMAS WISH PONY?! There has to be a line drawn somewhere and I am drawing it there. Ken was disappointed of course but I'm fairly sure I spotted him making eyes at my Tenth Doctor action figure so I think he'll be ok ;)

A Cyberman coming from Heaving to get married.. I wonder what The Doctor would have to say about that? lmao (Ten's brow would be bafflingly arched and there would be so many shrill "WHAT?" and Jack would definitely agree that Ken deserves much better. >:D)

I'm happy you are going to see Colin's play. I'd love to see that, Sunshine on Leith and Much Ado.
