Unfortunately that did lead me off to watching all my old favourited vids (in between finding Persuasion vids...) and THIS ONE in particular for 'Becoming Jane' (film based on Jane Austen's life and supposed doomed love affair with Tom Lefroy, starring Anne Hathaway and James McAvoy). Yes it is a pop song by Pink BUT WAIT, I think this is one of the nicest put together fanvids I've ever watched, and it never ceases to make me a bit emotional (THEIR LOVE CANNOT BE. But this time I actually care!). I love the way the story of Jane and Tom is interspersed with her writing the books she would become so famous for :)

Anyway, MERLIN.

Yesterday someone super secret and anonymous filled one of my kmm prompts! Normally my kmm prompts languish in solitude and tumble weeds BUT NOT THIS TIME. And the fill is gorgeous! I was so happy to see it and then to see that it is exactly what I wanted <3 <3

I can watch the Persuasion vids ONLY AFTER I have finished reading. I'm at the point where things are juuuust beginning to go their way. (Louisa & Benwick have just paired themselves off).

Oh my goodness, NO I HAVE NOT. But now I'm excited. It's at the point where it's just....building to something, and of course I already know what, but it's like when your sports team starts to rally back even if they're still behind. That's the best analogy I can make.

Now I just want to go on a break from work (slow week is sloooooow) and read. And I finally have no appointments tonight, so I WILL HAVE TIME TO FINISH <3

I loved the Bronte sisters video (alot!) and it has already been passed on to numerous friends (and I don't mean just LJ friends). Then I saw this article on the Huffington Post about the Bronte films and thought of you. (http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/emma-jones/beware-the-bonnets-how-th_b_953600.html) Until recently, Huffington was entirely US-centric. It's been interesting to see them expand to Canada and then the UK.
